Room reservation system for coworking space
A maintenance-free system designed for booking rooms in a coworking space, integrated with the payment system. The building provides 24/7 access to the space, and passes can be purchased in an intuitive mobile application and from a browser.
Situation
The main goal of this project was to create a system that allows users to purchase and instantly access coworking spaces through a convenient app or web browser.
It was also important to develop a mobile application designed in a style consistent with our client's branding.
Challenge
The project aimed to enable the sale of various types of passes (e.g., single-entry, day pass, montly pass, etc.). An additional requirement was the ability to purchase a package that allows booking conference rooms and also parking space separately.
Launching the system required several integrations, including a payment processing system (supporting chosen payment methods) and an accounting system tailored to specific needs.
Solution
The creation of a fully automated system enabled the launch of a coworking space without an on-site reception. Passes are available for purchase through an intuitive mobile app or website.
Building access is provided via an email containing an access code for the app and a QR code for users who prefer not to install the app. The email also includes a pass for Apple and Google Wallet.
One of our client’s core values is accessibility, which is why QR scanners were installed at a height that ensures ease of use for individuals with mobility impairments.
